Returns and refunds

As each item is specially made to order we currently do not accept returns or refunds.

Handmade products cannot replicate that made from a machine, as such these crafts cannot be mass produced. There may be slight color variations and inconsistencies between products. Natural variations in colour and texture form a part of what makes every piece unique, just like in nature, each flower will look slightly different to the next.

Natural wear will occur across all products and we send a care card with each purchase to ensure you get the longest wear out of your item. Sunlight will naturally fade color and all products must be keep away from water. 

Damages and issues

We ensure our products reach you safely but if your product was damaged during transport, please contact us within 24 hours with images and we will resolve this. Any damages caused by wear or water after the order is received will not be accepted. 

Refunds

If in the event a refund has been approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
